Schools and trusts
Where a school, college or multi-academy trust uses Maxwell, the terms and data processing arrangements for that organisation are agreed separately in writing and take precedence over these website terms for that organisation.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
