Maxwell Physics is used inside a school's own safeguarding framework. This page sets out how Maxwell supports that framework and what is expected of schools, students and families.

What the school remains responsible for
Safeguarding policy
Maxwell supports a school's safeguarding arrangements. It does not replace them.
Access management
The school decides which teachers and students have access.
Concerns
Concerns raised through school use are handled by the school's designated safeguarding lead.
Family communication
The school decides when teacher-reviewed reports are shared with families.
Acceptable use
Expected use by students
- Use Maxwell for Physics learning and schoolwork set by a teacher
- Submit your own work
- Do not attempt to bypass teacher review or release controls
- Do not share account access with anyone else
