What happens next
Maxwell is in Early Access. A request registers your interest and helps us prepare the right access. It does not create an account, and no payment is taken at this stage.
Learner under 13
- A parent or guardian must register and manage access. The learner cannot activate access alone.
- We will contact the parent or guardian using the email address supplied on the request.
- Paid access is not active, and no payment has been taken.
- No account has been created, and no parent account exists or has been verified yet.
Learner aged 13 to 17
- The learner may begin the request, but a parent or guardian must approve it.
- We will contact the parent or guardian using the email address supplied on the request.
- Parent or guardian approval will be required before any future paid access.
- Paid access is not active, and no payment has been taken.
Learner aged 18 or over
- You may continue on your own. Parent or guardian details are not required.
- We will reply using the email address you supplied.
- No account has been created, and no payment has been taken.
Teachers and schools
- Your request is recorded as an Early Access or School Pilot enquiry only.
- No teacher account, school licence or subscription has been created.
- We will reply from a Maxwell address with next steps.
Invited by a school? School-managed learners receive access through their school and do not need an individual request. Use the invitation or classroom code your school provided.
